Product Introductions

The Salt Grinder Ceramic is designed and assembled by our factory according to production standards. The main body consists of an injection-molded PP/ABS casing, a high-temperature sintered ceramic grinding core, and a blown glass bottle. The ceramic core undergoes precise sintering and grinding correction in a kiln to ensure wear resistance and uniform particle distribution; each batch of ceramic parts is subjected to dimensional and hardness testing after exiting the kiln before entering the assembly line.

All plastic parts are produced by our factory's injection molding workshop. The molds use a closed-loop cooling system to control shrinkage, ensuring stable casing tolerances. Automatic visual inspection is used on the assembly surfaces to prevent incorrect assembly. During assembly, the grinding gap is adjusted manually and mechanically. The adjustment ring is tested at multiple settings from fine to coarse before leaving the factory, and torque and powder consistency are recorded. The glass bottle undergoes impact testing and sealing inspection. Before packaging, a complete integrity check is performed, and samples are archived for traceability.

The entire structure is easy to disassemble and clean, suitable for long-term use with coarse salt, black pepper, and dry spices. Specific controls have been implemented during production and inspection to address the risks of moisture damage and wear.

Pricing & Company Advantages

Salt Grinder factory

Through our long-term production of grinding products, we have established a stable supply chain system. From mold making and injection molding to ceramic grinding core production and assembly, all processes are completed in-house, reducing external uncertainties and ensuring controllable material costs and production schedules. Raw materials are procured in bulk on a long-term basis, resulting in minimal price fluctuations. This allows us to offer customers relatively stable ex-factory prices for large orders, with tiered pricing based on quantity, enabling customers to maintain predictable costs at different procurement stages.

In terms of production management, the factory has independent injection molding workshops, ceramic grinding core processing areas, and finished product assembly lines. Each stage has corresponding inspection standards and sample retention procedures to ensure structural compatibility, grinding core durability, and consistent assembly of the finished product. With our complete production system, we can control manufacturing costs while maintaining consistent quality, and respond more quickly to structural adjustments, mold updates, and packaging development for OEM/ODM projects. For multi-SKU combinations and kitchen-related products, we can integrate and package production, reducing customer procurement fragmentation and logistics costs. Overall, we can provide customers with a more advantageous overall solution in terms of delivery time, customization capabilities, and long-term cost control.

Quality Control

Our quality management begins with the incoming raw materials. Each batch of stainless steel, ceramic cores, and plastic parts undergoes dimensional inspection according to the drawings, and surface treatment, hardness, and fit are recorded to ensure stable subsequent processing. During key processes such as machining, polishing, injection molding, and assembly, operators are required to fill out process inspection sheets, which are then randomly reviewed by quality inspectors to confirm that parts are free of burrs, have no significant dimensional deviations, and that threads are smooth and fit well with corresponding components.

At the finished product stage, each grinder is manually tested to check for uniform grinding feel, smooth adjustment of coarseness, and secure fastening of the screw and housing. In addition, finished products undergo durability testing, including repeated twisting, drop tests, and static sealing tests, to confirm that there will be no loosening or functional degradation during transportation and long-term use. All qualified products are labeled with batch numbers and recorded for documentation, ensuring the traceability of each batch of goods.

Packaging & Shipment Handling

For large-volume shipments, we employ a more robust packaging solution when collaborating with international buyers to ensure product stability during long-distance transportation, warehousing, and secondary distribution. After products come off the production line, quality control inspectors first check the appearance and accessories. Once confirmed to be free of defects, they proceed to the individual packaging station. Each grinder is protected in an individual kraft paper box or custom-designed color box, with added cushioning to reduce vibration and compression during handling.

After individual packaging is complete, the finished products are packed into cartons according to the specified ratio, and thicker corrugated cardboard boxes are selected based on the product material and weight. To improve storage stability and reduce transportation risks, the outer cartons are reinforced with sealing tape and clearly labeled with product name and batch number for easy warehousing and picking management by the customer. Large export shipments typically use palletized loading, with pallets secured with strapping and stretch wrap. Before container loading, staff re-inspect the outer cartons for moisture or deformation to ensure that each shipment is delivered to the customer in a safe and stable condition.

If customers have special packaging requirements, such as waterproof film, thicker color boxes, double-layer outer cartons, or barcode labels, we support these requests and provide photos or videos for confirmation before container loading, giving buyers a clear understanding of the goods' condition.

FAQ

Q: Do the product materials meet food safety standards?

A: Yes, the ceramic grinding core uses high-temperature sintered ceramic, the plastic parts use food-grade PP + ABS materials, and the glass bottle is made of food-grade glass. We can provide corresponding FDA, LFGB, or SGS material test reports to meet international export requirements.

Q:Can you provide samples for testing? How long does the sample process take?

A: Samples can be provided, usually shipped within 3-5 days. If personalized logos or component colors are required, it will take 7-10 days.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity for bulk orders? Do you support mixed colors?

A: The standard MOQ is 1,000–3,000 pieces, depending on customization requirements. Colors can be mixed per batch, but the minimum order quantity must be met.

Q: Does the price include sea freight or customs clearance? Can you quote CIF or DDP?

A: The standard price is FOB. If CIF or DDP is required, we can provide a corresponding quotation based on the destination port.
