Product Introductions
Our Ceramic Salt and Pepper Grinder Mechanisms are developed for customers requiring stable grinding structures and long-term supply guarantees. As standard mass-produced products, our structure combines a PP cap, a ceramic grinding core, and a glass bottle. The core components are precision-machined using specialized equipment to ensure uniform grinding gaps and smooth rotation. The ceramic core undergoes multiple dimensional checks before sintering, followed by hardness and abrasion resistance tests after firing to guarantee stable grinding performance over long-term use.
Before leaving the factory, each batch of products undergoes rotational feel testing, grinding fineness adjustment, sealing and appearance checks, and the test data is recorded for subsequent tracking and quality management. The overall structure is simple and durable, suitable for procurement projects requiring continuous shipments, stable quality and controllable costs.

The glass bottle is formed on an automated production line. Thickness and diameter are sampled and inspected batch by batch to prevent deviations during filling, labeling, or transportation. Assembly is completed using specialized jigs to ensure a consistent fit between the grinding components and the bottle, reducing loosening and noise during use. The finished product's φ45 × 140 mm dimensions and 100 ml capacity are suitable for most spice packaging lines, maintaining good versatility for retail, catering, and condiment factory filling.
Production Process

For Ceramic Salt And Pepper Grinder Mechanisms, the PP components, ceramic grinding core, and glass bottle are manufactured on their respective production lines. After molding, the ceramic core undergoes dimensional and density checks before high-temperature sintering, followed by basic hardness, abrasion, and fit tests. The PP cap is injection molded, with a focus on checking the thread fit and assembly precision. The glass bottle body is selected based on the customer's intended use, and after cooling, its diameter, wall thickness, and appearance are randomly inspected.
During the final assembly stage, the components are assembled according to the process sequence, primarily checking rotational resistance, grinding gap, and the fit between the cap and bottle. The assembled product undergoes random grinding tests to confirm proper fineness adjustment before proceeding to cleaning, drying, and packaging. Quality inspection data is recorded for each batch of products for subsequent review and tracking.

Quality Control & Production Assurance
In daily production, each batch of raw materials and components is inspected according to established standards. These standards include the hardness and wear of the ceramic core, the thread precision of the PP cap, and the diameter and wall thickness of the glass bottle. This data is recorded batch by batch for easy traceability and comparison. The assembly process follows a fixed procedure, focusing on the grinding feel, adjusting gaps, and overall fit. Consistency between different batches is confirmed through random sampling.
The factory maintains stable operating procedures in its regular production lines, inspection processes, and material management, reducing batch-to-batch fluctuations and ensuring predictable quality performance for buyers in long-term partnerships. Production planning, delivery schedules, and packaging methods are all managed according to standards, resulting in a more stable supply chain, suitable for customers requiring continuous replenishment or periodic procurement.

FAQ
Q: Are your raw materials stable? Do you have a long-term supply chain?
A: We have established suppliers for the plastics, glass, and metal components we use, and we have batch management systems in place. Materials are inspected in batches upon arrival at the factory to ensure consistent performance and safety.
Q:Are there any version differences in the mold? Are the dimensions consistent in mass production?
A: Before mass production, a mold confirmation sample will be made, and the dimensional reference will be recorded in the first batch of production. Key dimensions will be randomly sampled in each batch to ensure that tolerances are within a controllable range.
Q: Can the packaging method be adjusted according to the container loading method?
A: Yes. We can adjust the outer carton dimensions according to your container loading plan, such as reducing gaps, lowering the damage rate, or increasing the container quantity.
Q: Can you provide neutral packaging without a logo?
A: Yes, both standard outer boxes and inner packaging can be neutral, or customized according to your brand requirements.
